Refund & Cancellation Policy
Ozap Space has two separate products with different billing terms: the one-time FR-SCC assessment, and monthly one-on-one tutoring.
FR-SCC assessment (one-time payment)
The FR-SCC assessment is a one-time fee per student. If a completed assessment has already been delivered, including a written report and development plan, that fee is not refundable. If you believe an assessment was not delivered as described, contact us at info@ozap.space and we will review the case.
One-on-one tutoring (monthly subscription)
Tutoring is billed monthly with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, and cancellation stops future billing. See our pricing page for current rates.

Consent withdrawal is not the same as a refund
Withdrawing consent for a student pauses assessment or tutoring activity going forward, but does not automatically reverse charges already processed for services already delivered. Refund requests are handled separately from consent withdrawal.

Email billing@ozap.space with your account email and the charge you're asking about. We'll review and respond directly.
