Who may create an account

Ozap Space accounts for students are created and controlled by a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account or authorizing a student's participation, a guardian confirms they have the legal authority to consent on that student's behalf.

Consent and assent

Every assessment or tutoring engagement involving a minor requires guardian consent, and, depending on the student's age, age-appropriate student assent. No assessor or tutor is assigned to a case until this consent gate is satisfied. Guardians may withdraw consent at any time from their dashboard, which pauses further activity on that student's case.

Nature of the FR-SCC assessment

The FR-SCC assessment is an educational, non-clinical review of future-ready capabilities. It is not a psychological diagnosis, a therapy service, a disability evaluation, or a school eligibility determination, and should not be treated as such.

Tutoring services

One-on-one tutoring is billed on a recurring monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Tutoring is a separate service from the FR-SCC assessment; the assessment is recommended but not required before starting tutoring.

Acceptable use

• Accounts may not be used to misrepresent a guardian's relationship to a student, or to bypass consent or age verification.
• Users may not attempt to access data, cases, or accounts they are not authorized to view.
• Sessions and platform communications should be conducted respectfully; see our Safeguarding Policy for how concerns are handled.

Payments and refunds

Payment terms, including how refunds and cancellations are handled, are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Ozap Space after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
